The 2012 Corton Clos Reignet Grand Cru has a very elegant bouquet with vibrant red berry fruit that billows in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with very supple tannins, superb definition and an endearing sense of harmony towards the finish. Superb.

?wonderfully broad-ranging nose features notes of black raspberry, cassis, spice, earth and floral hints. The velvety, intense, powerful and mouth coating large-scaled flavors also brim with a fine minerality on the extract rich and prominently muscular finish that exhibits superb persistence. This impeccably well-balanced effort is youthfully austere at present but should mature into a real beauty.
