Reduction presently renders the nose impossible to evaluate. Otherwise there is excellent volume and power to the broad-shouldered flavors that possess fine mid-palate concentration while delivering superb punch on the very firm but not really all that austere finale. This is clearly built-to-age and is absolutely going to need it.
