A background whiff of exotic fruit include aromas of both white and yellow peach, passion fruit, lychee and a whiff of citrus confit. The rich, concentrated and seductively sappy medium weight flavors also exude a subtle bead of minerality on the bitter zest-inflected finish that offers fine length. There is a touch of warmth but it's not really enough to materially impair the overall sense of balance.
