A whiff of the exotic can be found on the blend of both white and yellow peach, passion fruit and a variety of floral wisps. The rich, generously proportioned and bigger-bodied flavors possess a sappy texture as well as even more evident minerality on the bone-dry finale. This could also use more depth but that should reasonably occur as Folatières almost always ages well.
6 barrels from several different sources. Attractive mid yellow. A little bit of sunshine while staying fresh. This is very even handed, with a fine tensile strength, once again the mineral aspect at the finish, and considerable length. Some other versions could dig deeper.
