The palate is understated at first but very structured, built around a firm backbone of acidity that carries everything with precision. Medium- to full-bodied, focused and long, with huge potential ahead. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

The 2023 Chardonnay is airy, gracious and light on its feet. Subtle citrus peel inflections open first, followed by hints of white flowers, chalk and orchard fruit. Effortless and breezy, with fine balance, the Monteverro Chardonnay is another impressive wine in this range.
