Firm reduction. As one would expect, there is notably better volume to the succulent and highly energetic medium weight flavors that exude a bracing salinity on the muscular, powerful, chalky and palate coating finish. This moderately austere effort is very Pommard in style though with that said, it's not unduly rustic.
