Saturated ruby. Displays dark berries, olive, black pepper and a hint of smoked meat on the nose. Supple blackberry, cherry and spicecake flavors steadily tighten up and become livelier as the wine stretches out. Round, pliant tannins lend shape to a long, smoky finish that leaves juicy blue fruit and floral notes behind.
