A fine introduction to 'affordable' premier cru burgundy. Elegant Beaune premier cru. Mouth-filling, generous, fleshy and with an alluring touch of spice. Red-berry and cherry fruit. Fine (but firm) tannin. All in great balance already. Seems pretty GV for what it represents. (AWH)
