A cool, fresh chardonnay, in spite of the generosity, with attractive candied-lemon, ripe-grapefruit and dried-pear notes. Quite some tannins on the mid-palate, yet it remains rather refined. Then comes the bold, salty finish. Still very youthful, this benefits from some aeration.
