he 2018 Bourgogne Chardonnay is a ripe, fleshy wine bursting with aromas of citrus oil, warm bread, fresh peach and white flowers. Recently bottled, it will unwind further with a few more months in the cellar, but this immediate, textural vintage is best-adapted to near-term consumption.
