Jasper Morris (90)

Aged in two- and three-year-old barrels, like the Bourgogne. Mid lemon yellow. The last picked, so the grapes were certainly ripe, with a touch of yellow fruit on the nose. The generosity expands towards the back of the palate before finishing on the mineral salinity of this higher altitude vineyard. Very pleasing aftertaste. Purchased grapes, they harvest, to be continued.
