Only the slightest orange tinge in the glass, but the aromas are typical of the category, with dried apricot, spice and and almost butterscotch-like notes. Some fern or heather, too. Tasty, medium-bodied palate with a light apricot-skin phenolic grip and a long, dry and spicy finish. Sauvignon blanc. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Lots to enjoy here.
