The NV Champagne Grand Cru Nymphea Brut Rosé is a bright pink color and is fresh and fruity on the nose, with aromas of wild strawberries, fresh peach, floral perfume, and delicate spice. A blend of Chardonnay with 10% Pinot Noir, based around the 2019 vintage, the palate is frothy upfront, with a full-bodied feel that expands on the palate with a savory and pithy, citrus-driven nature. It gains in intensity on the finish and has the structure to stand up to rich food such as duck breast.
