The 1969 Riveyrac comes from a cooperative in the region from which Philippe Gayral sourced this wine. The nose is quite light with light loganberry and camphor scents. The palate has a sweet medicinal entry, good acidity with peppermint-infused mulberry and molasses defining the middle and finish. Good weight, if lacking complexity.
