Made from a vineyard located just behind the Mugnerets’ home, facing the N74 (the road that runs along the base of the Cote), the 2002 Vosne-Romanee exhibits scents of violet-laced red cherries. Satin-textured, medium-bodied and spicy, this sumptuous, elegant, beautiful effort is seamless and fruit-driven. Loads of pepper, cinnamon, and gingerbread-immersed cherries can be found in its lengthy personality.
