An exceptional perfume of rose petals, loamy soil, raspberries, blueberries and spring flowers jumps from the glass of the 2012 Pinot Noir UV-SL. Primarily Calera clonal material with some Vosne-Romanee suitcase clones, it was fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged 12 months prior to being assembled in tank and then bottled without fining or filtration.
