A Champagne which has been named after Aubry de Humbert who was the archbishop who laid the first stone of the Cathedral of Reims on may 6, 1211. It is made of the "coeur de cuvée" the finest juice of the press. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay and is aged for at least five years on lees.
