Again, this possesses slightly better freshness with its hints of poached, if not stewed, plum, spice and earth. There is much, much better freshness and energy to the dense and more voluminous bigger-bodied flavors that exude a refreshing salinity on the mildly tangy and more structured finale. While I can't say that the nose is especially appealing at present, the freshness on the palate is such that this could well age out successfully.
