A fleshy version, featuring a rich texture interwoven with black cherry, black currant and iron notes. Oak spice adds another layer of flavor and tannins as this plays out on the firm finish. Best from 2023 through 2040.

Elegant floral notes sit atop the red currant and black cherry-scented nose. There is an absolutely gorgeous mouth feel to the beautifully detailed and minerally flavors that are lacy to the point of being delicate yet there is a firm lashing of fine tannins that should permit this beauty to reward up to a decade of cellar time. Lovely juice and very Volnay in style.
