Complex, aromatic and remarkable, with tension between the richness and elegance. Sleek acidity provides great energy to the flavors of lemon meringue, grilled pineapple, fleshy white peach and apple butter, plus a touch of crème caramel. A salted toffee note ramps up on the long finish, while aromatics of litsea oil and bitter orange linger.

An intensity of citrus like lime and ginger with hints of hazelnut on both the nose and palate. Brioche as well. Medium-bodied with a light oiliness. Hints of honey and spice. So complex. Incredible depth and intensity. Like a top Corton-Charlemagne.
