The 2023 Meursault Vireuils is showing very nicely, offering up notes of lime zest, white flowers, toasted nuts and wet stones, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless palate that's pure, suave and precise.

Planted in 1956. This is the northern part of the holding only, the southern part on deeper soils enhancing the blended Meursault. The fruit has ripened nicely, stopping just short of honeysuckle. We are back among the more complete expressions of Meursault, with notably more flesh at the back. Excellent balance, very satisfying.
