The 2023 Pinot Noir Ten is a very successful wine in this vintage, showing enough richness to the dark berry fruit to soak up the considerable new French oak imprint. Brambly raspberry, dark cherry skin, lavender, orange pith and bright rhubarb acidity join together to lift the palate effortlessly. Everything is in solid balance here. This style clearly works better with the freshness of a cool vintage like 2023.
