There is a whiff of prune to the aromas of baked plum, warm earth and leather. The exceptionally rich large-scaled flavors possess fine volume and more refinement than usual while concluding in a very compact, youthfully austere and mildly warm finish. The note of prune on the nose doesn't appeal to me but the palate impression is lovely.
