Millésime 2019:
The 2019 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Millésime Grand Cru is a pure Chardonnay from Avize. An initial hit of fresh green apple melts into mellower, creamier, yellow apple flesh on the nose. Lively, energetic mousse signals bright freshness but underneath it all is concentration, ripeness, profound chalk and beautiful solidity. All is clean-cut but has real, enduring substance and freshness. Dosage: 3.3 grams per liter. Disgorged: March 2026
