A slightly riper and more deeply pitched nose offers up notes of both red and dark currant along with plenty of earth and sauvage elements. I like the energy and delineation displayed by the delicious, supple and relatively round flavors that terminate in a balanced and linear finish that lacks the depth of the Pommard.
