?Here the reduction is not subtle and it completely flattens the nose. By contrast there is fine sense of freshness and underlying tension to the delicious, pure and intense medium weight flavors that are built on a solid base of minerality before culminating in a firmly structured, long and balanced finale. This is not particularly refined though I suspect that this will become more Chambollesque as it ages.
