The 2014 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru les Chenevottes has a precise, limestone and green apple-scented bouquet, a hint of orange blossom developing in the glass. The palate is fresh and vibrant on the entry. I like the texture here, the slight waxiness to the mouthfeel with a feisty and lively finish that lingers long in the mouth.
