Clear fresh lemon yellow, with a slight smoky reduction, which grows rather than declines. Definite smoky bacon. White fruit in between the reductive opening and finish, which has been dried a little by this reductive character. Lean and a little dry, but will surely open out more if and when the reduction departs.
