A micro-estate of just over three acres owned by the same proprietor as Gracia, the 2006, a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, displays a deep ruby/purple-tinged color and a sweet nose of charcoal, licorice, black currants, and hints of blueberry and toasty new oak. The wine is spicy, medium-bodied, well-made, and surprisingly soft and accessible. Drink it over the next 12-15 years.
