Jasper Morris MW: ‘Cuvée du Frêne’. Glowing light purple, the detail needs coaxing but there is a sublime elegance to this, deliciously ripe, yet totally in balanced, maybe a smidgin of heat at the very back, but stays in balance. Savoury touch helps to keep it fresh.
