Burghound (92)

Cool, airy and elegant aromas include those of red cherry, earth and discreet spice and floral wisps. The lighter weight but vibrant flavors also possess a borderline easy-going mouthfeel while displaying excellent length on the balanced finish that needs to develop better depth. Like the Echézeaux, this is very pretty but it's definitely somewhat light for a grand cru.

Deep crimson colour. A very lively fruit here, all in red berries. Good tension here, a few drops of a darker fruit but this remains mostly in a bright red profile, fresh but not firm tannins and very good length.
