Unique aromas of pie crust, lemon curd, dough and freshly baked white bread follow through to a full body and loads of layered fruit. Rich and powerful with a special finish of candied apples, limes and vanilla. Delicious finish. From Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger and Chouilly. A blend of 23 vintages. Dosage 5 g/L. Drink now. Only 1,000 magnums made.

100% Chardonnay. A project started in 1990 by Joseph Henriot, from four of the best Chardonnay grands crus: Chouilly, Avize, Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger. A portion of the Blanc de Blancs is also added to the vat.
