100% Chardonnay. A project started in 1990 by Joseph Henriot, from four of the best Chardonnay grands crus: Chouilly, Avize, Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger. A portion of the Blanc de Blancs is also added to the vat.
Tight and very tense and fresh. Quite exciting. Corseted. (JR)
