On pinkish slate with fossils.
Sweeter than Röttgen, but also more sour. Pink grapefruit. Soft petal layers and marigolds between salted clove spice and fruit that hints at mango and honey. So young that at the moment it tastes and feels like a compilation of components without connectors. I'd put everything back in the box, lock the box, and leave the wine to do some serious hibernating.
