An elegant and high-toned nose speaks of the essence of red cherry, raspberry and discreet nuances of newly turned earth. I like both the texture and the energy of the barely medium weight flavors that also flash ample minerality on the balanced and lingering finish. This is on the lighter side for Les St. Georges but the fine balance should enable it to successfully age over the mid-term.

Medium deep crimson. The bouquet goes back to the ripe strawberry style. Quite some structure here and a sense of depth with darker fruit beneath. While this Les St-Georges seemed simple at first, it has gained energy towards the back.
