The Carbonnieux 2018 Blanc leaps from the glass with invigorating notes of fresh lemons, wild thyme and green apples, plus touches of chalk dust and white pepper. The medium-bodied palate has a good intensity of citrus and herbal flavors with soft, approachable acidity and a white pepper laced finish.
