A ripe and typically sauvage nose of earth, game, underbrush and a touch of crushed leaves combines with big but supple and forward middle weight flavors that are rich, sweet and surprisingly easy yet there is good finishing punch and persistence. This will benefit from a few years in bottle but be approachable relatively early and I would be inclined to enjoy it for its fruit.
