?Deep ruby. Strong reduction and wood toast dominates the funky nose. Otherwise though there is good punch and detail to the precise and tautly muscular middle weight flavors that possess excellent depth and terrific length, all wrapped in a youthfully austere and ever-so-slightly rustic and very firm finish. This is also very Nuits in character and will definitely require at least 6 to 8 years of patience and reward 12 to 15.
