The 2015 Corton Grand Cru was demonstrating some reduction on the nose, though underneath lie some decent black fruit that should offer good vigor once in bottle. The palate is medium-bodied with sweet supple tannin, well-judged acidity, harmonious in the mouth with a gentle but insistent grip on the silky smooth finish. Once the aromatics gain their cohesion and clarity, which they will, this will be a very fine Corton.
