Very pale colour with a brick edge. The nose is wonderfully pot pourri scented with red berry fruits that are beginning to evolve into conserve. Supporting notes of cooked beetroot and forest floor plus a touch of mace. Crisp with soft, silken tannins and a medium+ weight. Very long finish.
