Not racked at all yet. Just the same colour as the rest of the range. It is worth taking time over the bouquet, this has a white fruit clarity overlaid with a yellow fruit richness of flavour, a small proportion of barrel toast, enough acidity, but it is less marked here because of the concentration of fruit. Very good weight and even balance. The power can be – and has been - managed here.
