Adrien Lattard bottled the 2024 vintage of Bourgogne Aligoté, whose growing season proved to be a real challenge for winemakers throughout the Côte de Beaune region. Due to a rainy spring and the threat of fungal diseases, work in the vineyards became even more critical than usual, and particular caution was required when determining the harvest dates. Aligoté adapts well to cool years. In cool vintages, the variety's naturally high acidity, which is already pronounced, shines through in all its glory. The 2024 vintage is characterized by a fresh style with pronounced citrus notes; it is defined more by its crispness than its fullness and is best enjoyed young rather than aged for an extended period.
