The dark ruby-colored 1997 Richebourg is a super wine. Its violet, herbal, spicy, and toasty nose leads to a silky textured core of amazing depth, ripeness, and harmony. It is expansive, crammed with jellied black fruits that seemingly linger forever on the oak spice-infused finish.
