The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes is a beauty, mingling aromas of cherries and red berries with notions of blood orange, warm spices and peony in an inviting mélange. Medium to full-bodied, textural and enveloping, with an ample, fleshy core of fruit and a seamless, lively profile, it concludes with a mineral finish.

An excellent mid purple. The nose is clean and clear, all in red fruit with a raspberry tendency, less floral in this terroir but with slightly more weight behind. Dense without losing finesse, still all in red fruit with a light coconut dusting behind.
