This too displays plenty of toasty reduction. Otherwise there is fine richness to the full-bodied flavors that possess a suave and mouthcoating mid-palate that contrasts somewhat with the firm, bitter cherry pit and slightly edgy finale. I suspect that hail damage is to blame for the edginess.
