Tremblay's 2019 Echézeaux du Dessus Grand Cru cascades from the glass with aromas of dark wild berries, orange rind, peonies, spices and raw cocoa, followed by a full-bodied, layered and multidimensional palate that's ample and mouthfilling, built around beautifully refined tannins and lively acids.
