Smells and tastes like the shady side of a piece of slate (where the moisture remains) picked up from the soil of this vineyard site on a hot summer’s day. Terrific mineral tension on the super-focused and crystalline medium-bodied palate. I love the incredible purity and precision in the super-long finish.
