Loads of white flowers are noticeable in the aromatics of the 1999 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatieres. Medium-bodied, deep, detailed, and elegant, this pure, gravel, stone, mineral, and ripe pear-flavored wine has excellent grip, as well as an admirably long, fleshed-out finish.
