From a certified organic source, partly in Pernand-Vergelesses and partly Ladoix side. There is a single 350 litre new Stockinger barrel. There is easily enough fruit concentration to manage the wood. A salinity as well. The barrel just shows in some wood tannins to finish. Otherwise, the mid palate shows considerable class and the fruit acid balance brings out the minerality. Very good length.
