Jean Marc Vincent's Bourgogne Aligote Soler-Al mise No. 3 2023, is the third iteration of this release. A solera style Aligoté drawn from the 2018-19-20-22-24 vintages. While this is, in fact a white Burgundy from Côte de Beaune, it is made in a solera style with a grape varietie which is often seen in less regard than the renowned Chardonnay. This is a side project which adds unique characteristics, and enriches the wine solely made from Aligoté. To this method the wine owes its name Soler for Solera and Al for Aligoté.
As a result, the wine has a richer texture than is typically found in this variety, yet it retains its remarkable sharpness.
